Il Forum Italiano dei Movimenti per l'Acqua, attivo in tutte le città interessate in vista dello svolgimento del referendum abrogativo per la ripubblicizzazione dell'acqua, preoccupato per il ruolo che questo Fondo potrà svolgere nel momento in cui il mercato dei servizi idrici sarà aperto alle gare di appalto, chiede ai consigli comunali degli enti locali che hanno sottoscritto questi accordi com'è possibile che abbiano accettato come socio un soggetto senza sapere chi ci ha messo i capitali. Uno schiaffo alla democrazia!
